
Luke Greeves is the Vice President of Operations and Strategy at Prysm, where he leads organizational strategy, operations, and infrastructure to advance Prysm’s mission of mobilizing large-scale philanthropic capital for global reproductive health. His work focuses on building durable systems, governance, and partnerships that enable rigor, credibility, and long-term impact.
Luke brings more than 30 years of executive leadership experience at the intersection of philanthropy, innovation, and social change. Most recently, as Chief Operating Officer of the Social Progress Imperative, he helped scale the organization from an early-stage nonprofit into a globally recognized, data-driven platform supporting policymakers and civic leaders in more than 50 countries. Previously, at the American Red Cross, he served as Executive Director of International Management and Planning and Senior Director of International Programs, building scalable global infrastructure, launching major public–private partnerships, and leading health and disaster preparedness initiatives reaching more than 200 million people annually.
Across his career, Luke has specialized in turning complex ideas into executable strategies and strengthening organizational resilience. At Prysm, he brings deep expertise in governance, strategic planning, financial oversight, and risk management to help the organization and its partners deliver measurable, sustainable results.
