Sandra is the Senior Executive Assistant & Operations Coordinator at Prysm, where she streamlines internal systems, coordinates cross-team projects and timelines, and strengthens the connective tissue between strategy and day-to-day execution.

She plays a central role in guiding organizational priorities, serving as a thought partner in high-level planning and ensuring follow-through on key initiatives.

Prior to joining Prysm, Sandra directed the CEO’s office at 2U—an EdTech company that partners with leading universities to build and deliver online degree programs, certificates, and short courses. In this role, she led corporate initiatives, facilitated executive communications, and oversaw Board governance.

Earlier in her career, she supported C-suite executives across a range of organizations, including the National Oceanic & Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), the American Nurses Association, the Embassy of Egypt, and Discover Los Angeles, the LA Convention and Visitors Bureau. In these roles, she managed strategic programs, stakeholder engagement, and internal communications across departments, while coordinating high-profile engagements and cultural events. Her work often sat at the intersection of government, business, and nonprofit sectors, where she oversaw complex operations and ensured seamless execution.

Sandra holds a Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations from the University of Florida and brings a strategic communications lens to her executive leadership.
